Andy has many strings to his bow, having trained in the Navy from trucks to helicopters, and then after servicing a full and proper apprenticeship in the air force Andy joined the Red Bull F1 team as a qualified mechanic and worked days and then for the last 9 months nights, and his post was in January stepped up to hands on quality control, so that any product he produced was self certified and he quality inspected and certified his colleague work. Hard working man, who took voluntary redundancy the new rules introduced recently in Formula One Racing. A certain number of staff had to go, and given that Andy has been working away a great deal following the relocation of the family to Launceston over a year ago, Andy sees this as an opportunity to commence a new post locally.
