Ideally on an arable farm, vineyard, plantation style and he is able to do stock but prefers crops. Matthew is a fit, dynamic young man who can, and is happy to, do factory operative work, debt recovery or simply gardening. Andy H/Mechanical Technical Quality Engineer |
Permanent |
Andy has many strings to his bow, having trained in the Navy from trucks to helicopters, and then after servicing a full and proper apprenticeship in the air force Andy joined the Red Bull F1 team as a qualified mechanic and worked days and then for the last 9 months nights, and his post was in January stepped up to hands on quality control, so that any product he produced was self certified and he quality inspected and certified his colleague work. Hard working man, who took voluntary redundancy the new rules introduced recently in Formula One Racing. A certain number of staff had to go, and given that Andy has been working away a great deal following the relocation of the family to Launceston over a year ago, Andy sees this as an opportunity to commence a new post locally. Very highly skilled man, who does think about what he is doing, and his attention to detail and the precision required to deadlines is very important, what Andy and his team do on nights, determines the day shifts work and progress. I think we are lucky to have Andy register with us; he is going to be a tremendous employee. Happy to travel for the right challenging job with fair remuneration .

Graham E / Multi-spindle and Grinding Operator |
Permanent or Temporary |
This young man worked for a precision engineering company for 13 months until redundancy due to the recession. Graham wishes to return to this type of work, and enhance his skills even further. Although he is currently employed in a supermarket, and this is a job he can do successfully, it is not a career for him. Graham is bright, punctual, self-motivated and conscientious and respectful. Graham realises he has strong interpersonal skills, he can follow instructions carefully and does care about his place in the business and the team. This is a young man who was made redundant, but is one of those few who are definitely worth employing.

Ezra is a very pleasant, bright articulate young man who was laid off from DML after 2 1/2 years. He was only laid off because permanent staff from the Midlands needed work and had been sent to Plymouth. Working for an agency on a self employed basis, Ezra can do the same with a new employer, or be employed, he does not mind. Ideally he would like electrical installation work but Ezra has been completing other work since November 2008 with a company installing Digital Television Aerials, and is completing a Level 2 certificate.
