This lady has completed in the main legal secretarial work during her career, but since relocating to Looe, Christina has tried other areas. Having been made redundant from the Prison Service, Tina is now free for work on a temporary or permanent basis. Ideally, 20 mile radius of Looe, very minimum annual salary required £12k to £14.5k depending on location.


Linda G / Experienced Secretary with Audio/Copy Typing Skills

Linda is a very capable secretary with excellent office skills and experienced. Based near Liskeard, Linda can locate for work in the Liskeard or Bodmin area.


Lisa G / Secretary / Administrator

Permanent

This lady has Audio & Copy Typing skills, together with a wealth of experience from running her own public house for 14 years. The recent experience was valuing, surveying and negotiating sales/purchases of hospitality led establishments, but the business was quiet in the recession, and her particular patch in the South West was quiet so Lida was made redundant. Lisa is a good problem solver, very approachable and loves a challenge.


Emma R / Legal Secretary / Administrator

Emma has recently relocated to Lifton and is looking for a role within approximately a ten to twenty mile radius. Currently renting accommodation, Emma will be in a position to purchase a property this year.

Emma is an excellent candidate, an experienced Legal Secretary and Administrator, and happy to work on a temporary, fixed contract or permanent basis.


Julie S/ General Secretary / Admin

Julie has worked for several clients on a temporary basis and is currently in a permanent position, but this is not a secretarial based role. Julie is based in Launceston and would ideally like a secretarial or administration based permanent position. Currently commuting to Bodmin so happy to be based within a 20 mile radius of Launceston. Legal Secretary experience mainly in residential conveyancing but has covered various departments on a temporary basis.


Gill P / Highly Skilled Audio / Copy Typing Secretary

This lady is an excellent true secretary who has short-hand also, for minute taking at meetings. Based in Plymouth, Gill can do part or full time hours and is happy with temporary or permanent work, having just closed one of her businesses and they now just have one which her husband runs. Gill during the last two years has been keeping her skills up to date and developed them further by doing all the book-keeping. What wonderful all around skills for a small business that needs a 'lady friday' to do it all!


Lesley S / Legal Secretary / PA

Temporary

A professional temporary candidate with our agency, who has a variety of experience of several offices, including legal work in conveyancing, probate and litigation. This candidate is ideal for a small or large business where someone needs to ‘hit the floor running’! Location ideally, Tavistock, Launceston, Callington, Liskeard and can do Saltash and Plymouth. Full time or part time. Audio or copy typing. Skills are excellent but only available on a temporary basis.

 


Monica R / Secretary/ Reception

Monia works on a regular basis for two clients to cover holiday and sickness but a third client could be accommodated especially in the Callington / Launceston / Liskeard area. Excellent telephone manner, typing skills and familiar with Excel. Full time or part time.


Tessa B/ Secretary

Temporary

Tessa has done a lot of work for Social Services and is available for full time or part time assignments, and can be booked for long term. Can cover the Bodmin, North Coast, Camelford and Launceston area. Tess has worked for us since May 2005, is happy to go anywhere. Has completed secretarial work in Estate Agents, Medical environments and Accountants.


Maryann H / Legal Secretary

Permanent

Maryann registered with us to find a Legal Secretarial role. Although she does not have direct experience, Maryann is an accomplished Administrator who has gained her NVQ2 Business Administration whilst working full time. Maryann is currently working towards a Legal Executives course (Ilex) for a City & Guilds certificate in Legal Secretary Practice. Maryann has her OCR (RSA) Level 2 in Test Processing, Audio Transcription and Word Processing, and will shortly complete her Level 2 in Legal Text. Maryann has a lovely personality, friendly and personable, and given the opportunity will make an excellent Legal Secretary.
