Joanna is a highly educated, extremely bright young lady who has a very good understanding and knowledge of Sage (Line 50 and Line 100) and she used Line 100 in her last post at the YMCA which unfortunately as a temporary assignment finished very recently. Ideally she would like to carry on using Line 100 and take on more responsibility in an accounts post to run alongside her AAT technical certificate. Joanna also completes manual accounts for her husband’s business, which has recently become VAT registered, so we know that her understanding of double entry and basic book keeping stems from manual accounts, the best way to learn! Joanna and her family have settled in the Plymouth area just the other side of the bridge in Ernesettle but one of Joanna’s posts was based in Saltash so she has no qualms about driving to work in Cornwall.

Lives in Launceston with transport, Sandrine has very good skills nad her knowledge is being formalised in the AAT Intermediate Level 3 qualification she is doing and funding herself.

Having worked for a Chartered Accountants, been self-employed and running an accounts department for an employer, Gillian has all the knowledge from all platforms. Based in Okehampton close to A30, with transport. Gillian is flexible on work location and available immediately.

This lady has a great deal of experience of various businesses especially Engineering and Public Houses. Currently on an assignment with a Public House in Reading, but the home base is North Tawton. A very practical lady with no qualms about doing any tast that is necessary for the business. So, Credit Control, looking at costings, negotiation with suppliers and liaising with accountants. The salary is important to Rosemary, and location is second, so these two requirements are very closely linked.

This lady has many years of double entry bookkeeping experience, using Sage. Ideally part time hours 20/25 per week, locally based in Launceston or Holsworthy. A job share could be considered as the present role is, but it comes to an end in November so Sue is looking for a permanent post to commence at that time or, if necessary, before. Although Sue has been a Cost Clerk, her previous role with the variety and diversity of accounts and admin is what she is looking for. Sue is a very nice lady who is very knowledgeable in Sage and just recently completed the MS Excel course at intermediate and advanced level which is a very useful qualification.

Also very good communications skills, highly organised and self motivated to do credit control. Wendy is very friendly outgoing conscientious and co-operative and completes her work carefully and precisely. Likes variety, has a sense of urgency and really likes it when things happen and move on. Familiar with temporary assignments and totally comfortable with adjusting to change and responding to new situations. Has enhanced disclosure. However, her favourite subject at college was Maths and she has always wanted a job in accounts. With this in mind, Melissa at her own expense is taking the AAT course, having just completed the foundation, and results are awaited.
