Sandra has recently returned from living in Spain for ten years and is now looking for an administrative position. Sandra is flexible on hours, although part time is ideal, and is happy to take on temporary or fixed term roles. Previous positions have included administration for Independent Financial Advisors and Support Assistant for a Private Bank.

Based in Launceston with transport.


Rebecca P / Administrator/ Research & Conservation

Rebecca has strenghts in many types of administration and accounts including Credit Control. Rebecca has worked for local companies in Plymouth and is now looking at working in Cornwall. Enjoys office environment and producing high quality work, and is familiar with several software packages including excel, access and SAP.


Linda B / Administrator

Linda is a conscientious, versatile and hard working individual accomplished in various administration procedures. Naturally self motivated, Linda can adapt to change and challenge with the ability to embrace new procedures and policies. Most recent role was Fleet Administration Supervisor for a transport company - a position which required Linda to liaise with suppliers, traffic office and drivers on a daily basis. Linda is used to working to targets and deadlines and can take on sales / purchase ledger as part of a new role. Based in Liskeard and happy to commute to Plymouth area. Ideally a minimum salary of £15,000pa


Paula M / Customer Service Administrator / PA / Admin

Paula is a motivated, well organised and dedicated individual. Has held a number of PA and Secretarial roles. We have received very good references regarding Paula's standard of work and she is happy to complete temporary assignments (which she has been doing while renovating her house) or ideally look at permanent positions. Happy to commute for work, based from Callington. Plymouth is realistic, as is Bodmin and further afield for the right salary.


Jackie B / customer Service Administrator

Jackie has a wealth of experience in Customer Services, having run her own hospitality business for some years and previously as a manager with Nationwide. During her self-employed years, Jackie also completed all the administrative/accounts side of the business. Jackie has excellent organisational and communication skills, and is not afraid of hard work, solving problems or taking on complaints or other internal issues. A very personable lady, who has so many customer service skills to offer a business.


Jan M / Receptionist

Jan has experience as an Office Manager (including accounts work) and most recently as a receptionist for just over three years. Jan enjoys reception work but also likes credit control and has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Based between Callington and Launceston and able to work further afield in Plymouth/Exeter for the right salary. Experience working in private and public sectors and happy to go into either. Available immediately.

Jenna is very keen to join a busy Estate Agency on the sales or letting administration side. A very bright young lady with lots of enthusiasm and energy, but lacking in formal office experience. Jenna has assisted in her parents' business offices covering duties such as answering the phone, taking messages, fax and photocopying, responding to emails, letter writing and some database accounts work.


Stewart B / Customer Service and Distribution Skills

A very accomplished person on the telephone and face to face for this type of customer service business. Used to taking hundreds of calls per day, sometimes dealing with complaints and financial problems. Available to work with 7 days notice in present temporary role, and is happy to travel to Liskeard, Bodmin, Wadebridge or Callington. Stewart is presently earning £6.40ph net, and would ideally like 13.5k per annum in a permanent post.


Garon B / Versatile Employee with CRB Check and a great deal of practical experience

Garon has completed an Access course, to enable him to complete an Open University course in ICT. But Garon as a father, requires a steady income to support these processes. A post using his skills in ICT, engineering or education would be a real benefit to any business. A very well presented, articulate hard working person who wants to do well for his family.


Martin J / Sales Administrator / Operations Manager

This candidate has advanced knowledge of IBM AS400, computer system, from many manufacturing environments that he can apply to those businesses locally who use that system. Martin has very methodical and analytical outlook , but can also work under pressure and to target times and product quality. Can work closely with Financial and Sales Directors in an organisation to met costings, sales forecast and targets and make any organisational changes to meet ever changing conditions in the manufacturing process. A mechanical engineering qualification and experience enables Martin to apply a practical outlook, and that does assist him to make certain decisions about what does or does not work on the factory floor. Ideally a salary of minimum 14500pa.


Cathy M / General Administration / Data Processing

This lady has a great deal of office admin experience particularly in an educational environment, having been a foreign language teacher and trainer. A very capable lady with RSA Level 3 copy and audio typing skills. Cathy will be happy with full or part time hours, temporary or permanent. A mature lady with many excellent skills and experience, a very friendly, can do attitude to work, and very practical in her approach, from her teaching days. £12,500pa min .


Sue P / Administrator / Secretary

Permanent

A candidate with a great deal of experience of different environments, from Farm, Estates to Solicitors practices. Loves aduio typing and completing difficult, challenging roles so that she can use her initiative and problem solving skills. Bubbly, jolly personality, but can also knuckle down and get the work done efficiently. .


Janette D / Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Permanent

Jane has a variety of experience which includes retail and administration. Jane was made redundant by her last employer, and her long term part-time employer since 2000 to present cannot offer full time hours (she now only does Sunday) Janette is working as a factory operative for Christmas shifts only 6am – 6pm – so she is a hard worker! Based in Wadebridge but happy to commute to Liskeard area.


Rachel L-W / PT Marketing/Sales

Permanent or Temporary

Rachel is available for school hours only in the Liskeard area. Rachel's background is Blue Chip Retail, but she will be equally at home in a local business who need improved processes, or marketing and sales advice. Rachel could lead a team and achieve results; and do some hours from home if required and the core school hours in the office. Flexible on salary as Rachel appreciates she will not find a job like her old one in the south west.
